Reggie Lynch will not appeal expulsion

His decision means the expulsion takes effect immediately.

Reggie Lynch announced today that he will not seek to appeal his expulsion from the University of Minnesota, and will instead begin the process of trying to play professional basketball. Lynch maintains his innocence of the charges, but claims that he will not be able to receive a fair appeal.

His punishment will automatically go into effect as he is not appealing.
