Get to know J.J. Guedet
Height: 6’7’’
Weight: 255
Power 5 Scholarship Offers: Boston College, Duke, Illinois, Iowa, Iowa State, and Louisville
247 Sports Composite Rating: .8577
247 Sports Scouting Report:
Massive frame and is still filling it out, but is lean and well-built. Gets off the ball well and has the coordination and balance to drive defenders down field. Really never play against an opponent of his size in high school, but is able to bend well enough to gain pad level against smaller players. Shows twitch and suddenness for a big guy and his basketball abilities also speak to his athletic tools. Very little experience in pass protection. Physically, he has the length and feet to be a good pass protector, he needs the reps and experience there though. Will need to keep adding weight and getting stronger, but has good upside as a potential left tackle prospect.
