Redshirt freshman walk-on wide receiver Brock Annexstad — not be confused with his younger brother and teammate Zack, who seems poised to take over as starting quarterback — was awarded a scholarship last night by head coach P.J. Fleck.
What started out as players sharing the stories behind their own tattoos took a turn when Zack was called up and promptly removed his shirt to reveal a message on his back that I’m sure he nor his brother will ever forget.

This is the second scholarship Fleck has awarded during fall camp. A week ago, parachuters dropped into TCF Bank Stadium to deliver the good news to linebacker Bailey Schoenfelder.
