• Stop the Run - I really like making teams one dimensional and statistically Illinois is not a very good passing team. So I want the defense to stop the run game early, make Illinois have to pass the ball and then see what we can do.
• Play Smart- No dumb penalties, no really dumb turnovers and play as clean a game as possible.
• Another Great Offensive Game Plan - Last week’s game plan for Purdue was really good and well executed. Another week of that please.

OPPOSING PLAYERS TO WATCH

• #2 RB - Reggie Corbin - Only played in 3 of the Illini games and Corbin is averaging 7.1 yards per carry. See the first key!
• #47 DL - Oluwole Betiku Jr. - His 7 sacks on the season leads the Big Ten, I am rather concerned about him getting pressure on Morgan.

PREDICTION

I think this one the Gophers take care of business and continue their undefeated season for now. My hope is that we see improved offensive line play and the Gophers get their running game going in this rain.
