Minnesota Football: Gophers ranked No. 8 in fourth College Football Playoff rankings

The Minnesota Golden Gophers advanced to No. 8 in the latest College Football Playoff selection committee rankings, taking advantage of Penn State dropping to No. 10 and Oregon dropping to No. 14 after losses. The Gophers were ranked No. 10 a week ago.
