We knew Minnesota Golden Gophers linebacker Blake Cashman was going to be drafted this weekend, we just didn’t know when and where he was headed. Well now we do. Cashman was selected by the New York Jets with the 157th overall pick in the 5th round.

He now joins a team that is trying to rebuild in the AFC East with a ton of young talent—notably quarterback Sam Darnold and this year’s #3 overall pick Quinnen Williams from Alabama Crimson Tide.
