Jordan Murphy Signs a Summer League Contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves

NCAA Basketball: NCAA Tournament-First Round-Minnesota vs Louisville Steven Branscombe-USA TODAY Sports

One recently graduated member of the University of Minnesota has a summer home. Jordan Murphy has signed a contract to play for the Minnesota Timberwolves summer team. The odds of him making it to the NBA from Summer League are low. Realistically, Murphy’s professional prospects should he want to to play professionally are overseas. Nonetheless, a pro contract is a pro contract.

As of this writing, Amir Coffey has still not signed a summer contract. Both players went undrafted.
