The University of Minnesota is hosting Movie Night on Tuesday, July 30th. The screening is free and open to the public and begins at 7pm. All fans of all ages are welcome to watch a movie on the video board, which is one of the largest screens in the entire country.
Voting is now open here to pick this year’s selection. The options are Coco, Incredibles 2, Mary Poppins Returns, and Ralph Breaks the Internet. Voting will run through July 1st.
This is an overall fine list of movies, though anyone voting for Mary Poppins Returns when Incredibles 2 and Coco are sitting right there has a strange preference order. Nonetheless, I can’t help but think that Minnesota is missing an opportunity to put the greatest movies of all time on to the board.
Will you attend? What movies would you prefer to see on the big board? Is that movie Draft Day with Kevin Costner?
