It seems like just yesterday that the Minnesota Gophers won their eleventh game of the season over Auburn. Which makes today’s announcement of when the team’s Spring Game will be held even more joyful.

11 AM. Saturday, April 4th. Be there.
Gates to the stadium will open at 10am. As always, the game is free to attend. Also as in past seasons the Gophers will be collecting oars decorated by fans by Gate A and there will be a pre-game fan fest starting at 9:30 am on the Tribal Nations Plaza. The U also notes that fans are encouraged to park in the Victory, Maroon, Gold or Gopher lots or in lots 33 or 37.
Yes, it’s still basketball season. And hockey season. And Lexy Ramler keeps delivering perfect 10 beam routines. But I’m already missing football and that mean’s I’m totally here for this news.
The timing of the Spring Game is also good if you plan to be in town to participate in this year’s Goldy’s Run, which will take place the next day, Sunday, April 5th.
