Week 4 in the NFL has passed up by and it was the most low key week of the season so far for the former Gophers. But you can’t always have career games in back to back weeks. Here is our recap of how the former Minnesota Golden Gophers performed in Week 4 in the NFL and a look ahead to Week 5.
Maxx Williams— Tight End— Arizona Cardinals
Week 4 @ Carolina Panthers
Week 5 @ New York Jets
Maxx missed his second of at least three games after being put on IR for the Cardinals.
De’Vondre Campbell—Linebacker—Arizona Cardinals
Week 4 @ Carolina Panthers
Week 5 @ New York Jets
Campbell played all 77 defensive snaps for Arizona and recorded four solo tackles and five assisted tackles in the Cardinals loss to Carolina.
Chris Streveler-QB-Arizona Cardinals
Week 4 @ Carolina Panthers
Week 5 @ New York Jets
For the second week in a row we did not get to see a trick play with Streveler in the game for Arizona. He remains the backup QB.
Eric Murray-Safety Houston Texans
Week 4 vs Minnesota Vikings
Week 5 vs Jacksonville Jaguars
Murray played all 66 defensive snaps for the Texans and recorded three tackles in the loss to the Vikings on Sunday. The Texans are now 0-4 on the season and their head coach Bill O’Brien was fired on Monday.
Damien Wilson—Linebacker—Kansas City Chiefs
Week 4 vs New England Patriots
Week 5 vs Los Vegas Raiders
Wilson recorded two tackles and added one assisted tackle as the Chiefs defeated the Patriots on Monday after the game was postponed a day due to COVID considerations.
Blake Cashman—Linebacker—New York Jets
Week 4 vs Denver Broncos
Week 5 vs Arizona Cardinals
Cashman sat out his third of at least three games on IR as the Jets fell to 0-4. Cashman is expected to return to play this week as the Jets host a slew of former Gophers and the Arizona Cardinals
Antoine Winfield Jr. —Safety—Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Week 3 @ Denver Broncos
Week 4 vs Los Angeles Chargers
Week 5 @ Chicago Bears (TNF)
Winfield had his least productive day as a pro on Sunday recording just two tackles in the Bucs win over the Chargers. Winfield did play all 53 defensive snaps for Tampa, but the plays just didn’t come to him.
In other news, Winfield was named the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Month for September earlier this week as well. Pretty impressive.
Just the beginning

Tyler Johnson-WR-Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Week 4 vs Los Angeles Chargers
Week 5 @ Chicago Bears (TNF)
Johnson played for the second week in a row for Tampa Bay and saw 25 offensive snaps. However he wasn’t targeted and did not record any stats in the Bucs win over the Chargers. Hopefully his first NFL catch can come on Thursday Night Football against the Bears
Carter Coughlin-LB-New York Giants
Week 4 @ Los Angeles Rams
Week 5 @ Dallas Cowboys
Coughlin was inactive for the Giants loss to the Rams on Sunday. It’s not known whether it was a healthy scratch or whether he was banged up. Hopefully he can return this week against Dallas.
