Minnesota ranked No. 19 in preseason AP Top 25

The preseason AP Top 25 has been released and the Minnesota Golden Gophers have the made cut, opening the season ranked at No. 19.

Five other Big Ten teams earned a spot in the rankings, with Ohio State checking in at No. 2, followed by Penn State at No. 7, Wisconsin at No. 12, Michigan at No. 16, and Iowa at No. 24.

It will be interesting to see if the Gophers drop out of the AP Top 25 at any point this fall, because I honestly don’t see a loss on their schedule.
