Minnesota Football: Bowl projections after Week 9

Checking out possible bowl destinations for Minnesota

With four games left to play in the regular season, the Minnesota Golden Gophers are now bowl-eligible after securing their sixth win against Northwestern, improving their record to 6-2.

Now we can finally turn our attention to bowl predictions!

A lot can happen in the next four weeks, so take these predictions with an entire shaker of salt. With the exception of our friends at ESPN, most prognosticators seem to have the Gophers pegged for Nashville or Las Vegas.

College Football News: Las Vegas Bowl (Dec. 30; Las Vegas, NV) vs. Arizona State

CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm: Music City Bowl (Dec. 30; Nashville, TN) vs. Tennessee
