Minnesota Football: Big Ten announces revised 2021 football schedule

The Big Ten made a few minor tweaks to the Gophers’ schedule

The Big Ten announced revisions to the 2021 conference football schedule on Friday.

The changes for Minnesota are as follows:

  • The Gophers’ bye week was moved up from Oct. 16 to Oct. 9
  • The Wisconsin game has been pushed from Oct. 9 to Nov. 27
  • The Nebraska game has been moved up from Nov. 27 to Oct. 16
  • The Northwestern game (originally Oct. 23) and the Maryland game (originally Oct. 30) have swapped dates
