Minnesota Football: Gophers in the NFL Week 11

Two historic defensive performances set the tone for the week

NFL: Arizona Cardinals at Houston Texans Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

Another week, another dominating defensive performance from a pair of Gophers. Antoine Winfield Jr Set a Buccaneers DB record and a new career high with 16 tackles. But he still can’t catch Blake Cashman who is having an absolute breakout season as he tied a Texans team record with 19!! tackles in their win. We get a potential tripleheader of Gophers playing on Thanksgiving this week if De’Vondra Cambell is healthy enough to go for the Packers against Detroit, with Benji St. Juste and the Commanders at the Cowboys and Boye Mafe and the Seahawks hosting the 49ers in the late game.
